FACS is pleased to announce that we have acquired G2 Consultants from Oregon Restoration Co., effective August 1, 2026.
All nine members of the G2 team have joined FACS and become part of our Portland office. The acquisition represents a significant expansion of our presence in Portland and supports our long-term commitment to serving clients throughout Oregon and the broader Pacific Northwest.
Building a Stronger Pacific Northwest Team
G2 Consultants and FACS provide closely aligned industrial hygiene and environmental health and safety services. Both organizations have built their reputations on sound technical work, responsive client service, and practical guidance that helps organizations protect people and manage environmental and workplace health concerns.
The G2 team brings additional experience serving schools, healthcare organizations, manufacturers, and retail and commercial facilities. By bringing our teams together, we are expanding the depth and capacity of the FACS Portland office while giving clients access to a broader range of technical resources and professional experience.

Continuity for G2 Clients
Current G2 clients will continue working with the same professionals they know. Existing projects and contracts will continue without interruption, supported by the additional technical capabilities and geographic reach of FACS.
G2 President Dan Rouse has joined FACS as Local Director of the Pacific Northwest. Andrew Lutz has become Assistant Local Director of the Pacific Northwest.

A Thoughtful Transition
G2 Consultants is now operating as “G2 Consultants, A FACS Company” during a transition period. The G2 website, email addresses, and telephone numbers remain active during this time.
G2 is expected to fully adopt the FACS name in early 2027. Through 2027 and beyond, clients can expect the same familiar relationships, responsive service, and continuity of work.
FACS was established in 1986 and marks its 40th year in 2026. This latest acquisition is part of our continuing effort to invest in strong regional teams while maintaining the technical quality, personal service, and practical support our clients expect.
