With over 13 years of experience in Human Resources management , Leticia’s areas of expertise are in employee engagement and development, benefits management, performance management, worker’s compensation, leave management, HR project management, employee relations, health and safety, and HRIS program implementation.

Leticia supports the company’s mission to protect public health and the environment by managing and enhancing its human resources initiatives. She manages and executes human resources initiatives such as HRIS program upgrades, compliance and policy updates, and training programs. She leverages her strong employee engagement skills to foster a culture of collaboration, trust, and feedback among the employees and management. Leticia ensures that all Human Resources initiatives are strategically aligned with the vision, mission and core values of the organization.
